I lived and worked in China for about half a year, the food there I found was almost universally fucking terrible. Think the only thing that saved me was my terp/PA that managed to take me to some places which made a decent meal and markets where you could get groceries that where not completely up to shit. Can confirm, russian IRPs are pretty great. I love the tea that comes with them. Also, you can buy them on amazon if you don't mind paying a bit for the import. On the plus side you can get the 24-hour variety.

Also Kazakh IRPs for some reason. Though I can't speak to how good those are since my got fucked in shipping.
