>that feel when you want to buy one of these just to troll people by talking about loading a clip in your pistol and actually being correct

fiero with a bodykit

The only correct answer.

Steyr-Hahn M1912. Here is a photo of mine with some period 9mm Steyr ammo..
>>34001306
probably the second best pistol of WW1
I love this thing
>Top-feeding clip pistol
who thought this was a good idea
>>34001360
It was not a terribly foreign concept in its day. I've got three top-loaders in my collection and I'm looking to add a Roth-Steyr.
>>34001321
The grip angle isn't great but the action is novel and the machining is beautiful.
>>34000811
Steyr-Hahn
>>34001082
I've had the same feel, would be fun to troll people with it.

Well played!
>>34002587
kek'd
would it be worth it to make a modern version in 9x19?
>>34000811
One of the very few handguns that let you ask for a clip and not be wrong.
>>34002730
the nazis actually rechambered a bunch of them in 9x19 for REMF's during WWII
>>34001360
hey it was a big deal for armies to begin issuing detachable box magazines, they are more expensive than stripper clips to produce and they were different from the loading method of their bolt-action rifles, which meant that they required additional training to operate. This gun wasn't designed with the concept of the conditions of WW1 in mind and the stripper clips still worked decently in combat conditions.
>>34002730
so they are available
your just gonna have to wade through all the wheraboos that beat off to the thought of NAZI HANDGUNS
>>34001387
Spend the cash on some deck refinisher bby.
It's starting to get old
Like me
>>34000857
Correct
This uses the famous Mannlicher style clips. If you eject before all rounds have been discharged, they spit out in a fun manner.
>>34002730
You can actually buy 9x19 barrels for them from IGBAustria, but you have to be careful with the loads you use in them.
>>34002930
They use stripper clips, not mannlicher clips.
This is obviously a Tec-9
>>34000811
Looks like a gun to me

It's someone else's problem now.

How often do you shoot it and how do you like it? I would definitely move into handloading pistol ammo if i got one of these.
>>34000811

>>34001306

>>34002930
Ah yes the infamous bukkake button.
>>34004538
Learn what a clip is before you call someone out for using it wrong.
>>34000811
That's a nice looking magazine.
>>34004968
