Are you sure? I can't tell the difference between all the 8x8s on the market, but in OP's picture, although the front has roughly the right angles, the 2nd and third sets of wheels are surely too far apart for the 8x8 PARS. Besides, the most likely reason for there to be an 8x8 in the UK outside of an international exercise would be as part of the MIV programme, and I'm unaware of FNSS making a bid for it. I suppose it is possible, since BAE has a large stake in FNSS, while Britain and Turkey have recently started collaborating on other projects, like the TAI TFX.

My bad I only looked at the front. From the front it's either a FNSS PARS 8x8 or GPV Captain (Basically the same vehicle, it was a joint project)
But upon further inspection, it's an 8x8 GPV Colonel.
