For me, it's the Surefire XC1. The best weapon mounted light.

Yeah, no. X300U and TLR1HL all damn day. Oh, and handhelds that have +500 lumens are a thing.

That is perfectly fine for a gun light on a pistol.
>easily the most problematic surefire wml
People are just too retarded to change their triple A batteries once a month after training every week with their carry gun.

MUH LUMENSSS!!
The TLR1 is the only light people should buy IMO

I have talked to instructors who say that the switches break with repeated use.

I have talked to Trump and he said you're lying.

More lumens is better, unless you actually try to argue that a lesser powered light is better than a stronger one for some odd reason. 200 is piss poor for a light.

If you're outside, innacity, chances are you won't be ensconced in total darkness. My 1,000 lumen fenix isn't too impressive when surrounded by streetlights, but it's amazing outside the city.
If you are in pitch darkness, 100-200 lumens is more than enough, especially if the walls are white. Lotta bounce back
A remote switch is necessary for a proper light. If you have to reach up and toggle a button...fughitaboutit

I don't take chances

I like the 200 lumens. I use it on my HD weapon so I don't get too much backsplash.
These will blind you in sunlight. Made two of them there great, just take off the plastic lenses cover it will melt and burn out your bulb...

for the price you're better off with the x300

Are you going to go hunting in the woods with a handgun? Are your halls 100 yards long? I get higher lumens is usually good in a light, but for a handgun indoors, or even a compact that the XC1 targets, 200 lumens is more than enough and anything hitting higher will fuck your eyes if you happened to shine it on a white wall close to you.

Let me guess, you never slip either?

Set your alarm for 3 AM some morning.
Wake up, immediately take your weaponlight and shine it at the fucking wall.
If you have light colored walls, you will become immediately aware of why a lot of people will pick a 100-200 lumen light over a 2000 lumen light.
The Inforce APL is a better 200 lumen light than the XC1 desu
The Surefire X300 is GOAT though

They make a pressure switch, which is superior to any other activation method.
