I just got one of these GSG 5's
How bad did I fuck up?

For plinking and then crying because you can't have a MP5SD? Good. For a .22 caliber rifle that's useful? Bad.

depends on what u intend to use it for, if its just for fun then u did good
I've got an old one - not sure the gen
I have feed problems, most likely the mags.
a good youtube somewhere showing how to remedy, haven't done it yet - pretty much just need to sand down the inside of the mag where the spring action is so it will easily slide.
I got mine because I had a tippmann a5 and just love the H&K mp5 look, I think I paid $380 ~2009 new. I kept it stock, again love the mp5 irons. Everything mp5 should bolt right on, stock, pins, you name it.
always gets a lot of likes at the range, but I would probably trade it for a stock 10/22 in a heartbeat.

Should've gotten the Umarex produced HK-licensed one. It's way better.

should have just got a ruger 10/22

old dirty girl, its a gen2
>>33955787
Is fine as long as you can HK slap it.

I got the same (H&K Walther mp5SD 22) one. Feels sturdy, HK slap is fun, and it's a good plinkin' toy. Not as accurate as my M&P 22, but a pretty cool toy. Feels very nice to operate. Did you have any problems sighting yours in? At first i thought it was just getting used to the drum style sights, finding a good setting, but benched it actually shoots kinda low. Eventually i might put a red dot on it. I've only really shot it out to 75yds.

I have one and love the thing. It's a lot of fun just plinking around. Put a red dot on, load 2 or 3 mags, and blast away.

Not to be a dick but why the fuck do you have a vfg and an afg on that .22 in the middle?

The Walther made under license from H&K is $100 more, and $500 better.
So yeah, you kinda fucked up.
