Now you're stuck with really short range fighting, which means you should either spar regularly regardless of what weapon you carry and/or work on your sprinting. If you're going to spar regularly, you might as well learn some basic grappling and striking. At this point, your martial arts practice matters more that any additional weight you put on your hands.

Fucking this. People don't know or realize how detrimental something so simple as losing a 20 foot stretch of road, is. It can shut down a highway or nearly shut it down from a few weeks to months on end depending on the time of year and what's the weather like.

Train tracks are even worse and move something like 60% of all goods stateside. And repairing a whole stretch of tracks is expensive and time consuming. Plant charges every 25 to 50 feet and they have to tear the whole line up and replace it.

For general operating I use nomex pilots gloves. Cheap, good. Usually replace them once a year or so.
