what do you think this is?
it's got
>4 massive cranes looming over it
>the concrete thing has a wall about 4 meters high
>>33938559
storage
>>33938559
Looks like a warehouse to me.
Or a skid pad.
>>33938559
straya is weird
Warehouse, or possibly the cover over a water storage reservoir.

that's not a photograph, it's computer generated
>>33938641

>>33938950
likely story
>>33938959
It's true though!
>heavy water, for nukes n shit.
>>33938983
that kinda makes sense. still doesn't explain the MASSIVE cranes.
they're like 15 stories high!
>>33939036
With a really long boom to match? Gee, it's almost as if they need to reach really far across that massive roof...
>>33939115
why not just use a cherry picker AND A RAMP for the last part???!??!!?!?
>>33939147
...A digital ramp or steam?
>>33939173
you're a sleeper agent, i'm not falling for your lies!

9/10 would store more
>>33939147
I don't follow... how would a cherry picker and a ramp help you?
>>33942011
Wat
>>33938739
>Why do they need such huge cranes?
It's not called the bill of needs
>>33942068
the roof isn't one giant, unsupported, structure. it's got supporting columns. Surely it'd be cheaper to put up the roof in small sections?
>>33943708
WTF is going on in this thread.
>>33942965
I dont know. But don't call me Shirley.
>>33942011

Water storage.
It isnt a data center ( no cooling)
Or a warehouse ( no droplot or docks or apron)
It is a secure area. With an access road around it and a small structure in front that houses something important that is often serviced or inspected. ( like pumping and monitoring equipment)
It is in a residential area (so unlikley to be hazardous storage)
Is a desert environment which prevents open air water storage .
Is located above the surrounding houses.
Is obviously not waste water treatment ( would be lowest point) nore is it freshwater primary treatment.
It is a water storage and pump station.
Water is pumped up at night via underground pipes and power. Stored. And realeased via gravity over the day.
>>33945418
is that even still a thing or did the faggy emo trend die at some point
>>33945474
corroborated by the large amounts of pipes just to the north of the building
>>33938739
Look up tilt ups. Probably a building
>>33938665
Google Maps does a sort of 3D rendering to satellite photos to make the trees and skyscrapers appear taller than the horizon when you tilt the image. This is normal.
>>33938783
I've flown over something like that in New Mexico.
There are also lots of similar piles in AZ from mines, though they tend to not be quite so neatly built. Still cool though, the perfect regularity and uniformity of color against the homogeneously irregular desert gets me every time.
