Is Arkansas the true /k/ state when it comes to United States?

It's a god-tier /k/ state right up there with Missouri and Arizona. Can't go wrong in Arkansas

I live in Razorback country. Wonderful, beautiful state. It's growing rapidly and becoming a ghetto shit hole unfortunately. I still blame Katrina refugees and big corporations for fucking up it up. Stay away from N.Little Rock, Pine Bluff, Winslow, Harrison, and most parts of Ft.Smith and you should do fine. Eastern and South AR are the best parts.

Just moved here from Wisconsin couple of weeks ago, best fucking state ever.

First place I've ever lived where I can shoot guns on my property. Neighbors poke their heads out not to see wtf is going on but to ask if they can come shoot too.
Except for all the goddamn homeless people and all the fucking traffic coming from LR it's fantastic.

Oh, and I also get to see C-130s flying over my house from LR AFB all day erry day

Springdale, up in Washington county. The local liquor stores lobbied for a couple years to change the laws for the town. As far as I can tell, the only one in the county so far.
