British gun laws
Not OP but to get a 22lr over here you have to be a member of a gun club for 1 year and then buy a safe have the police ispect it and then apply for a licence

Kiwi fag here, your gun laws are the same as getting a handgun endorsement.
Air pistol shooting requires the most skill out of all disciplines.
bumping with two of my rifles. AA s400f and AA tx200hc
Didn't shoot it for one year now.

What kind of airgun should I buy to hunt rabbits and small game?
>>33908460
No, shooting real pistols fast does. Precision air pistol completely eliminates cadence, shot recovery and recoil mitigation focusing entirely on sight picture, stance, and trigger break.

Shooting a 'real pistol' at a target several inches across for a hit or a miss isn't remotely as difficult as shooting 10m AP and delivering consistently sub-dime-size groups. 'Real pistol' is of course more exciting to watch.

any break barrel rifle( hatsan are pretty cheap)

Depends on where you live.
Generally, you'd want a .22 caliber that puts out at least 12 foor pounds (16 Joule) - that leaves quite a lot of room to maneuver.
A springer, like the tx200hc in >>33908462 would do.
If you got a pcp in .177 you could also hunt small game using pellets like H&N Baracuda Hunter Extreme: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_vt_wpOyzYs

nice.
I recently picked up a Polish clone of the Walther LP53 (the pistol that appears in promos for From Russia with Love - look it up).
Mostly for nostalgia, since I already have an olympic-quality SSP pistol (the one i OP), but that Polish clone (Ćucznik wz. 70, made for the Polish army as a trainer) was the first air pistol I ever shot. Incidentally - I have proof of that fact. Pic related is me in 1988, 4 years old, shooting the wz. 70.

>most people don't know that you can fix crap pictures like this in about 10 seconds flat
>>33910175
thanks. to be honest, I just scanned it and didn't bother editing the picture besides trimming the crappy corners.
Then again - I'm no photographer.

Literally just open in gimpshop or something and hit "auto white balance"
all those garbage pictures magically get fixed

I bought a Daisy 880 two months ago. Killed plenty of freakin CA ground squirrels and rats. Really cheap too.

Blergh, I used to shoot that thing for a few months. It sure is accurate, but man have airguns come a long way since those things were hot shit.
