Can't you own the .22 luger-esque knockoff?
>>33908118
all handguns are illegal in the UK, period. bongs can have semi auto .22s, but they have to have a certain overall and barrel length like pic related
could a criminal just dremel off the little stick at the end and hack off the barrel extension? certainly, and i'm sure some people like the police would rather see these banned for that reason as well, even though the vast majority of firearms (mostly pistols) used in crimes are imported into the UK illicitly

>EU makes firearms require licensing
>the overwhelming majority of potential generation Z gun owners find anything that requires them to put in any more effort than an eBay order way too much of a hassle
>in the end they content themselves with vidya, airshit, $5 chink wallhanger knives and browsing gun related imageboards
Disarmament was never this easy!

you say that but as someone who actively shoots for sport in europe i cant even apply for my own firearms for another year or two. it's not discouraging because I still have a great time shooting with the .22s my club has to offer, but it's still frustrating because I don't even want a .22 for my first gun but that's the only choice I'm being offered.

This is the gayest thing I've ever looked at in my life, and I've seen meatspin
Is .30 luger worth it? Or a waste?
>>33909192
To add further ridiculousness, even when owning a "handgun", you must keep it at a locker in the shooting range where you're a member and check it back in when you're done. So the "anti-concealment" measures are doubly retarded.
>>33909205
What I mean is, you can't even leave the building with it. There is basically no way a legal handgun owner could ever have it in their house or on their person. Except, of course, at the range
>>33909205
What about revolvers though? You can't even have a handy Webley?
>>33909217
I don't live in England, but my mom is from there, so I study their culture often. Pretty sad how far they've sunk. As far as I'm aware, very few people would be willing to desecrate a piece of history just to make it legal. As is my understanding, all old webleys are either deactivated, turned in, or illegally owned. I have one of my grandfathers and its deactivated.

This American soul of mine hurts so fucking bad right now
>>33908663
Mfw .. and I was pissed over the new 20 rounds cap on magazines we'll be getting here soon
Friend of mine has a bringback luger she got from her grandfather. Should I tell her it's worthless and offer to buy it for a few hundred dollars?
>>33909532
When she finds out, because at some point she will, she'll no longer be your friend. However! Any friendship is worth a cheap Luger. I say do it
>>33907616
Have you considered getting a license?
>>33907616
I live in a State where I can't own ANY firearm without a license.
Fuck Massachusetts.
