Starting a nuclear war with the US is suicide but the thought is that by targeting the silos you MIGHT be able to stop a few of them from launching. But you'd have to have a lot of nukes and somehow launch them without the US noticing until its too late which is 99.999999% impossible.

I'd say things are improving. The community college has come a long way, it's why I'm still there. College for residents of NV is pretty sweet, the casino/gambling mafia pays most of the cost. Best school in the state is only UNLV (not Stanford or anything) but it's not a bad deal for us desert trash.
