1. Whatever the fuck you want. It's most basic level is transferring an image repeatedly. Banksy is a master at this shit.

2. Take stencil, slap over what you want the image to be stuck on, use spray paint, done.

(4.) Two different versions of stenciling: using >>33899252 as reference, you can cut the spider out. You have a spider-shaped piece of cardstock, and then you have a piece of cardstock that has an empty space where the spider is/was. Using the spider and spraying over that leaves a spider the color of the source material (like an ammo can) with heavy overspray.
