No, it's different. Everybody in Norway simply call them AG-3, produced on license at Kongsberg våpenfabrikk i think. We changed a few things about them, and they are unique. we even updated some of them before we got the HK416N. Picture related.

I was referring to their early M1 helmets, M3 gas masks (a barely post ww2 design) and whatever webbing they're wearing.
Pretty much everything they're wearing was showing its age by 1986.

Actually, m3 gas mask was incorrect. It looks closer to a design based of the M5, regardless any gas mask in 86 using 60mm filters was obsolete.
