Yes, it's time for a Punisher dump.
Enjoy.

Old-ass tripfaggot Reaperguy did Punisher dumps for a month straight or so, about five years ago, actually.
They started recently again, by some other people, and I thought I'd join in. Reaperguy's dump thread were pretty comfy.

I can't even imagine how insane you'd have to be to actually do something like that. If this guy had just gone straight to the FBI and gotten a wire, everyone in that room would have been utterly fucked.

Could someone go full Punisher on a gang and actually do serious damage? I'm thinking there would be a lot more ranged attacks on people from rooftops and shit like that rather than up close and personal type shootouts. Maybe also bombs dropped off on doorsteps and under cars. I feel like a well-trained person with a drudge could probably fuck one of these ensembles of barely literate asshole gangbangers up really good with the right tactics. Would the police even make all that much of an effort to stop it?
"Oh man, that vigilante blew up another shipment of meth. They found pieces of the courier a quarter mile away."
"Damn. What's the priority on the investigation?"
"We'll get to it after we process all the rape kits in back,so,I dunno, 5-7 years?"
>>33890760
End of chapter 2. Don't worry, it's gonna start picking off now.
>>33890769
>>33890764
Probably. However, the towns where you would actually have to go full Punisher to fix the crime, are liberal shitholes (see a pattern?) where bolis is more likely to focus on you for purging said upstanding gentlemen off the streets, than on doing their actual jobs themselves.
It's not results what count, but having the authorities look competent. Can't have some lone vigilante make police look useless, now can we?

>Hey guys let's go after a suicidal ex Teir 1 operator that's armed to the fucking teeth so that the Chief can get his bribe money from the Mob!
Two things would happen.
1. The police force quits, like they don't come to work.
2. A Punisher would go full VC on the PD, sniper attacks, car bombs, or just go Terminator on the station.
