That's the ISU152 on OP's pic and the MG had to be mounted on a external ring anyway,also RO ISU152 and Arad are the worst things that ever happened on that game

At some point Slav logic came to the conclusion that you don't need to lose comrades cleaning city blocks from nazis if there's no city block.

And so the 152mm assault guns were born.

But really they were just effective and efficient pieces of machinery. There's nothing much to say, their biggest shortcoming was low onboard ammo.
They were also used as tank killers (if necessity called - they're not well suited for the role) as even a near hit would disable most tanks.
