An shitty african one yeah, you would need some actual very rich backer to pay wages so that more than 12 people go as well as to arrange transport, fuel and food, maybe medical supplies depending on how much we care.
More funding to buy arms and ammunition would bring more people, could still quite get a few if you dont though.
