Could you still operate with only one eye? How about only one leg and a prosthetic?

It's okay when you can still feel it on your arms, and your legs.

It's been known to happen.
Various people who fought in WW1/2 and afterwards have been known to have prosthetics and a missing eye.
Then we also have that dude with the prosthetic leg who's on a seal team or something.
The sniper guy.
I would imagine that the missing eye would be the biggest problem in this day in age though.

Lost right eye in breaching charge explosion
Better with a gun than anyone on this board
Google Ctt solutions and YouTube for proof
Dumb question, but let's say you've lost your right eye but still want to shoot right-handed. Are there like really tall 45 degree sights that could line up with your left eye while shoulder the rifle on your right side?

Pic related (Carl Brashear) was a navy diver, lost his leg while recovering a nuclear bomb in 1966, he recovered, recertified as a navy diver and retired as a Master Chief in 79. He wasn't a combat diver but I think it's still bad ass as fuck.

Well I can't, I lost my right eye in an accident years ago and was denied entry to the army (for any role) because I won't be able to pass weapons training.
Ironic, the thing I love most stopped me. Guns, that is. Not the SA80.
