It essentially is a guy talking about a girl named Mili (who seems to have cheated on him with the "Peludo" (which means hairy guy in Spanish.) it's a small chronicle of what happened from January 1993 (the 1°/93 part), to November 1993. He says to leave the note where you found it and not much else. The statements are not disconnected, but they are largely unimportant to one another and to your parts kit.

Im trying to find something on the 1°/93 thing... i assume its a gang, but the 93 seems to be related to the year. The 1° makes me think of a military unit but cant find anything, also the message itself as a whole seems to hint that its gang related.

i dont know why im so interested in the story behind this.
