Surprising to see insightful comments here but yes to both. I had owned both before moving to NY (thank god not the city) and either one makes 9mm a scary damn thing at close range (especially reloaded with a slower burning powder) and some of the new bullet designs could probably be pushed past the 2 and 3a type vests. That said hi point is clunky and a bitch to break down and the beretta is a bit delicate so watch the +p but both are fun and accurate

PCCs are fun, especially if youre blasting steel.

I've never been a fan of them. The two different ones I've shot were way too fucking picky with ammo and it got pretty old clearing 6 jams from each magazine.
