Does the story even state what kind of guns they are?

The dark tower series is my favorite story. When they casted Roland, a pale rider with cold blue eyes, as a nigger, I refused to ever even watch the film. Then I found out today that they gave him blue eyes anyway. WHY THE FUCK GO THROUGH THE TROUBLE OF CASTING A BLACK MAN AND SAYING ROLAND'S APPEARANCE HAS NO BEARING ON THE STORY WHEN YOU'RE JUST GOING TO GIVE HIM BLUE EYES ANYWAY?

I've gotten used to the jewish hollywood tricks but this infuriated me. I waited close to a decade for this movie to come out, and now that it has, they turned it into dogshit just like everything fucking else to force their shitty diversity we wuz kangs bullshit on everyone. Why can't black people get their own fucking heroes and stop stealing white heroes?

The movie looks like shit, looks like they're completely butchering the story. The story is about Roland making it to the tower to hold a conversation with God, to have the most important questions that we would like to know in life answered goddammit. Defeating Flagg and the Crimson King were just a necessary barrier to overcome. It was never about saving earth or any of that bullshit. Roland is a horribly selfish character who sacrifices everyone close to him to meet his goal. He never had a bunch of cylinders for his revolvers either, he had to load them the old fashioned way, and he still did it lightning fast.

Yeah, I'm mad. Fuck Jewlywood, and fuck that cuck Stephen King for allowing this to be ruined after I wanted to see a worthy adaption for 10 fucking years.

I remember reading the first book, the Gunslinger, and thinking it was without a doubt the best book I'd ever read. I love the idea of parallel worlds, and he painted this one incredibly. A dystopian mix of our past and future.
I finished it and moved on to the next one as fast as I could.
