Adjustable side panels can develop a creak with use, better not to have imo.

just saying. but if it's due to the frame itself then that's fucked, loctite still does the trick i'm sure.

I have two P30Ls and one of mine creaks a bit, I'm around 9,000 rounds fired with that one, I haven't observed any effect on the pistol, just the noise.

I suppose for some people that might be a deal breaker - honestly I hardly noticed it until I picked up the second brand new one and had both side by side.
