I wouldn't count on it. Rich/famous/powerful people live unnaturally long because of medical science that isn't made known to the public. Besides, American politics tend to swing back and forth but always keep a balance in the long run. I would be very surprised if Trump was able to appoint another justice even if he served a full 8 years. Keep in mind it only takes 51 votes now, in 2018 the senate is likely to go dem majority. You don't have to beg a judge to give you permission in writing to buy a gun. The selection here is much better (and that's really saying something).
