It's not ALL section 8, but there's a pretty damn large chunk of section 8 housing that got established about 10-15mins from where I live.

I rode rescue today. I had one paitent who was so drunk she could hardly stand. She refused to go to the hospital. Cops finaly came after we called them 20 min eariler. They don't want her, even though drunk wrangling is their job. They say no. So we get her in the rescue via implied concent. She screams and curses at us all the way to the hospital.

The other major paitent we had was a guy was so drunk he crashed his scooter. We did everything we could for him. Guy had a massive brain bleed and died a few hours after we dropped him off. Wear a helmet kids.

You know that one assclown that loves to get people in trouble? He's standing next to me when the head honcho of the building walks up and asks if I have a knife. I hand over the knife, assclown gets that excited look in his eyes, boss cuts some piece of tag out of his new blazer, hands me back the knife, assclown is confused as to why I'm not being escorted out by security, and boss says "it's always good to have someone that follows common sense around."

Assclown then reports me via the anonymous hotline designed for reporting sexual harassment or other such stuff. HR got involved, I barely scraped out of it because I got the floor boss to back me up.
