How legal are flamethrowers in your state?
In my state it is illegal not to have one. I'm just barely squeeking by right now with a can of hair spray and a lighter.

Throwing a propane tank and a muzzle spray device and calling it a flamethrower is nothing short of stupid.
Watch Ian videos on the flamethrowers with the guy who wrote the book on them he explains in detail.

Propane is more of a gas than a liquid under normal conditions. It just doesn't wet the target very well, it doesn't stick.

"There are generally no restrictions on flamethrower ownership in the United States. However, we are currently aware that California and Maryland have legislation regarding flamethrowers. The city of Warren, Michigan has also prohibited possession/use/sale/manufacture."

They are not LOCATED in Michigan anymore. They moved to a new state

California is weird because you CAN have a flamethrower, but you need to pay an 800 dollar farm fee to use it. Which is like more than the cost of the flamethrower every year.
So only pyrotechnics and big farms get them.
