If you have the money, sure. kind of overpriced as it is but the mags aren't as expensive now so if you want a 5.56 it'll do you fine.

Though with ARs at a bottom you may as well put wood furniture after buying an entry level gun if wood gets you going

Always seemed cool to have a bolt rifle that's compatible with all the x39 I have for my AKs. Is the bore .311, or .308 diameter?

Also seems like good quality hollow/soft points in one of these would make an excellent hunting setup.

Do you own one?
Now i love mine but twice now the stock has cracked using normal ammo, they have fixed it free both times but its getting old mailing it in.
I have the 7.62x39 one by the way.
Anyone elses stock cracking or is my luck pure shit??

Are there any aftermarket mags with a capacity that isn't five rounds?

>Can legally hunt with 7.62x39 in more regions than the .223 version
>Smooth lines don't get caught and snagged on shit
>Doesn't scare anti-gunners as much as an AR

It seems like many people report issues with reliability. I haven't had any malfunctions in around 600 rounds of steel case. I primarily shoot copper washed Chinese surplus from the '80s. Haven't tried Russian ammo yet and probably wont since this Chinese stuff appears to be excellent quality.
