I do the same at my cabin, fully ghillie up. Usually go at night at about 1-2am when most people are sleep. Make a small camp not far away from my neighbour, get into position and more or less lay there all day until night comes again.

It's really easy. Just take some burlap and buy jute on the zon. Or just buy a ghillie online and lighten it up.

Pic related. I'm making my own leaf suit. Burlap base with some mesh so far. Looking for a good 3d texture for the ridges. Want to make them irregular and leaf shaped.
