I've shot both the 7.62x39 (made in Bosnia Herzegovina) and .308 (made in South Africa) of this brand and they worked perfectly. They're slightly more expensive than Tula, but the quality is much better.

You can get steel cased 308 shipped to your door for that.
But that's pretty ok for brass case 556 from an actual store especially. 30c/r is about as cheap as you can get brass online after shipping.
