do i shoot doge or low tier brass ammo?
also how many rounds of dodge b4 my shits fugged ub?
>>33794708
If you think talking like that is a good idea then it doesn't matter because you'll only need one round.
>>33794728
forgive me for my attempt at some comedy. i will gladly use that one round on you should you wish

To start up maybe, then only moderately to buy decent gear

I'm sorry your time is so valuable your grace

wow, gr8 comeback m8
8/8 would reciproc8 a sl8
>>33794816
whoa thats a cool machine gun anon. where does one go about getting one? is $1000 enough? also how many clips does it come with?
>>33794811
i do have some reloading stuff i need to pick up from family. not sure what they have for me though might just be the most basic kit ive seen for 25 bucks? how much does one really save after all the time invested?
>>33794811
>>time consuming
>I'm sorry your time is so valuable your grace
are you factoring in labor time into the savings?
>>33794816
Jesus fucking fuck dude. Who in the why would what the fuck happened to that rifle?
>>33794871
>labor time
>for your fucking hobby
Holy shit, are you Jewish?
>>33794868
Depends, if you shoot some milsurp or big boolets then yeah it evens out around the year 1 mark or so if you do a moderate amount of shooting. And if you have a .444 or some other T-Rex killer it happens even quicker. Mostly it's just therapeutic and fun.
>>33794898
other than making memeloads the only point to reloading is to save money. if you aren't factoring in labor time then how do you know you're even saving money by reloading?
>>33794933
?????????????

It is if you're mildly autistic. Which most of us are.

Shooting is the hobby you autistic fuck, not reloading. Two separate things.
>>33795007

Learn something new every day.
>reloading spent brass to shoot it again
Unconcievable.
>>33794971
>>33795024
no, anon, saying that reloading is included within the hobby of shooting is like saying programming is included within the hobby of gaming.

>>33795058
Oh, so, there's no relation at all? You can't reload bullets and shoot and call yourself a hobbyist because not that you're reloading you must punch a time card? Damn, never knew, wish someone could have told me that before I started reloading.
>>33795062
actually trying to find out if the 1000 rounds of wolf i have should sold or if i should just say fuck it and shoot it anyway. reloading info is nice also
>>33795153
there's nothing wrong with it
>>33795153
theres nothing wrong with wolf, or any of the cheapo steel-case brands. I've shot nothing but tula, wolf and bear ammo and i've never had a misfire or jam.
>>33795176
what about barrel life in terms of number of rounds shot?
>>33794708
Temper it at a speicifc temperature if it is brass. if it is too hard it'll lower it. if it's already hardened it maybe might soften it I don't know how much to heat brass before it goes soft after it has been hit hard enough
>>33795247
as long as you're cleaning it regularly it shouldn't make a difference. they dont use berdan primers anymore so they aren't wildly corrosive.
>>33794873
it's airshit

It's an abstinence thing for me. How am I to wage holy war in the name of Christendom if I'm a wanker? Whenever I feel the need to bust a nut, I just reload some cartridges.

>>33794971
desu that's exactly what shooting is
>>33794708
>also how many rounds of dodge b4 my shits fugged ub?
couple thousand dollars worth aka more ammo than you can afford to break it
>>33794708
I'm probably the minority here, but I shoot shitty tula and other steel case
I don't shoot nearly enough volume or frequently enough to warrant reloading
I could be wrong, but I remember seeing that steel case wears down barrels around 5k rounds?
If so, I would have saved enough money shooting steel case vs brass to cover the cost of the barrel, not to mention any other barrel I buy would probably be an upgrade from the delton stock one thats on the rifle now
So yea, I say shoot away on cheap steel case
>>33795885
>I could be wrong, but I remember seeing that steel case wears down barrels around 5k rounds?
its way more than that unless its a precision gun and going from 1moa to 2 is considered "wrecked"
you really have to try to destroy a gun and ruin a barrel. stuff like magdumping till the barrels redhot.
just to get to the point where a gun keyholes is over 20k of normal use.
>>33795956
>range has steel silhouettes at about 175-200 yards
> have fixed 10 round mag
>uses iron sights
so my gun is gonna last a long fucking time then i guess
>>33796143
with ironsights and that distance you probably wont notice a difference even if the accuracy degrades
