So what are the chances this goes the wrong way and CA limits their mag capacity to 3 rounds?

People in this state are so dumb. This guy in my college works for the democratic party. Always talking great things about these local political figures he's working with. Then the other day he mentioned how much he's getting fucked by taxes this year. I told him welcome to the Republican Party and he's been avoiding me now. I just really want this to see supreme court as soon as possible. I know there was a lawsuit a while back against the handgun roster and 9th circuit ruled it wasn't unconstitutional if there was a firearm still available for purchase.
