VSS:
No rails for attackments.
Barrel is thick, would look ugly with a muzzle break.
Uses a shitty slow cartridge

>No rails for attackments.
Fuck off mallninja
>Barrel is thick, would look ugly with a muzzle break.
That's a suppressor, fudd.
>Uses a shitty slow cartridge
It's designed to be slow you mouthbreather

"hurr only pretending to be retarded"
fuck off
>>33791150
>no rail
they have side rail, the M version have 1913 rail
Meme's aside, can someone explain to me why it uses 9x39?
>>33791282
you may not like it, but this is what peak sex looks like
>>33791316
It was developed for Spetnaz use because the 5.45 like the 5.56 is absolute shit when suppressed. Think .458 SOCOM.
>>33791316
In 80s soviet military rolled out requirement for suppressed guns to penetrate 6B2 Body armor (also known on West as CRISAT target) from 400 meters. Body armor was new hot thing in 80s. Good old suppressed 7.62x39 failed to meet this requirement so 9x39 was developed.
>>33791318
what about this
>>33791590
how much for one? I want so bad
>>33792519
You can't have it, not even Russians can have it. It's a fucking sexy gun tho
>>33792519
Slaga MFG is trying to reverse engineer one to feed from 7.62x39mm, they claim that they should have a working prototype at the end of the year.
>>33791590
Sure it works fine if there are no AK9s or VALs or A9-91s or other carbines that use the 9x39, but I still prefer the classic wood thumbhole stock and side rail only.
>>33791194
>oh no
>it's retarded
>>33791282
>>33791590
>from 00's modern to late 10's modern
Not bad.
so i've heard narrow bullets penetrate better. so why did the russians use 9mm for thier armor piercing sniper? like lol, how retarded. hey guys, 30 caliber bullets totally go through material better, so lets make it bigger and it'll somhow do better!! this is like fudd tier logic. HURR muh 45-70 could pass through 12 durrs in a row!! lol, no wonder the russian snipers are so bad.
>>33791194
wow
>>33791533
Wish there were videos showing how 9x39 punches through armor or steel, how could sub-sonic ammo be armor piercing unless its API?
>>33792796
it has a narrow penetrator rod in it. the copper jacket and lead core just, "pleh" on the armor but a dense heavyweight insert just carries right on through. probably tungsten or hardened steel.
>>33792576
Anon is on point. Not a bad gun but it's not nearly as good as the 1911 fags act like it is.
>>33792870
Its the only pistol that was designed from the ground up with the .45ACP in mind.
So as a .45ACP Pistol its the best.
>>33792927
so why is it objectively out performed by most polymer framed pistols with higher capacity and they weren't designed with fuddy five in mind?
>>33792947
because 9mm is a better caliber you fucking dolt
its the best 45 not the best 9
>>33792978
no, i mean the polymer pistols chambered in 45. they're better. 1911 is good for 7.26 tok because the round is too long. or 38 super because very specific shooting competition. or 45 super because the round was made to the gun. But not 45. plastic wonders are just better.
>>33791150
AK's and AR's are overrated
Glocks, 1911's, basically anything common is overrated. Not that they're nessesarially bad guns, /most/of them are common and widely recommended because they're good, but there's plenty of other options on the table. The 'just get an AR' mindset can imply ARs are the best at any tasks when really it's just they work well, are well documented, even for retards, and have a huge aftermarket.
>>33791150
Nice bait. I'll bite.
>No rails for attackments.
Uses different system for accessories that resembles a hose clamp.
>Barrel is thick, would look ugly with a muzzle break.
It's a barrel shroud that doubles as a supressor
>Uses a shitty slow cartridge
Debatable. It's Russian .300blk but with more mass.
>>33791318
What are the wooden handles sticking from his vest?
>>33793586
Flares
>>33793586
>>33792564
why not the original caliber, hard to find?
WTF would you put a muzzle break on a gun w/ an integral suppressor? That's just fucking stupid.
>>33794709
Because guns look cooler with them.
>>33791590
something about these the way they look
> fucking (((a e s t h e t i c)))
>>33791282
>1913 rail
Ew
>>33794116
LITERALLY nonexistent in the US. Then again, I heard some Russian company that has access to Tula arsenal is going to have them in the USA for sale in a more common caliber because they love us. Though I'm not sure they would be suppressed. Would be awesome though.
>>33791150
>>33791150
>muzzle break
>>33793002
Ok so you just told me to not get something that I know is good nice bait bro
>>33791150
>muzzle break
I bet you break muzzles on the daily, seeing as yours are plastic,ya filthy NERF herder.
>>33791150
The VKS is obviously the better version.
>>33791150
(You)
>>33796455
Sorry if I was misunderstood. I didn't say you shouldn't get a good gun like an AR or whatever. I just said they are overrated, that is, they receive a lot of attention and other guns that are also quite good are ignored.
Nobody's telling you not to buy a good gun because its "too mainstream" or whatever.
