Will Kel-tec ever chamber RDB in .308?
>>33783711
If they do, it'll be a long while coming. It's not going to be as simple as dropping in a new barrel.
>>33783711
No. George Kellgreen had to be dragged kicking and screaming onto the autocad computer to put a rotating bolt in the RDB.
He's repeatedly on record for saying Eugene Stoner and Jim Sulliven were great big homosexuals who repeatedly sucked each other off for ever using it in the M16.
>>33783745
What, exactly, is wrong with a rotating bolt?
>>33783790
Don't ask me. I'm not Swedish or a gun designer. Maybe he just really, really liked the FAL.
>>33783711
I like mine okay.
>>33783938
I like it too, but I hear the action is a bit prone to failure.
>>33783938
I want my first rifle to be a bullpup, do you think this ones a good option? seems relatively cheap for a bullpup, with an interesting ejection method. Only reason I havent bought one yet is because IDK where to buy fucking standard iron sights around here.

I haven't ran into any problems with mine. Like none at all. It can be finnacy when using surplus fal mags but runs like a champ with the keltec mags. With the birdcage muzzle device it kicks pretty hard imo but a decent compensator reduces the recoil to 5.56 status. I heard the stories from when it first came out like 6 years ago how it was unreliable and a pos but any new gun on the market is bound to run into problems they missed in testing.
Overall, I love mine and you will love yours too
>>33784870
It's a simple rifle that takes a little bit of getting used to for quick reloads and diss/ass, but overall it is very user friendly. If you want it, buy it. If you end up hating it, sell it.

This is why people bitch about /k/ being so shit
Don't they shoot at like 4 MOA or something? I'd sooner get an M1A that shoots straight and pay the extra bux for the bullpup kit if they really are that innaccurate.
>>33785194
doesn't that bullpup m1a weigh like over 10 pounds though?
>>33785194
also, I heard they were generally sub 2 moa.
>>33783711
>concerned about RFB action reliability
And your basis for such concerns compared to the RDB is...?
>>33785194
1.5-2 MOA. So half what you said.
>>33783711
Chad Anus said it's in the plans.
>>33784108
No, you don't. What you hear is people bitching because they don't understand how an adjustable gas system needs to be *gasp* adjusted for the ammo they use.
That being said, the RFB is a range toy. It looks good, but mediocre for it's novelty price and just isn't as accessory friendly out of the box as a recently designed firearm should really be.
Does Kel Tec still use drywall screws in their guns?
>>33785721
I'm only 50% convinced that was auto correct and not intentional.
>>33785854
> RFB is a range toy
What does this mean? Like, you wouldn't take it on a hunt because it's going to come apart in your hands? Or just that it's not suitable for shooting sports?
>>33785854
>it's not prone to failure
>but it's a range toy because it's not accessory friendly out of the box
what?
>>33785985
Apparently it means he can't hang 50 different things off of it and swap the grips on the fly, because it's not "accessory friendly like a modern firearm should be".
