HAI GUYS whats going on in this thread
>>33765882
my erection at this thread.
>>33765842
When can I put one of these on layaway?
>>33765914
x39 or x45?
Chamber insert if 39, and if so how well does it work?
Where do you buy ammo if x45?
>only pic I have of my 61 and 82 together
Probably selling my CZ82, might buy a 75P01 and get a threaded barrel for my can.
>>33766066
x45 and I don't. It's relegated to safe queen now.
Everything I've heard about inserts is to stay away. Apparently they like randomly flying out with a spent case
>>33766102
That's a shame. They used to be pretty cheap on Gunbroker but they sell for quite a bit now. Would be neat to have one but I'd want one I could shoot. Were any of them chambered in x39 out of the factory?
More klobb
>>33766141
Yes, 52/57s were chambered in x39 from the factory. Basically an interim before the vz58 after Russia told the czechs to get their shit together
>>33765978
Wont they be fairly inexpensive?
>>33766172
It's Klobb-erin' time!
>>33765978
Man, I really hope they push this out in a single stack and that it doesn't take 3 years for them to do it.
Finished my holster a couple days ago, what do y'all think
Wish there was a larger aftermarket on grips for the 97 :(
>>33766758
I'm digging those grips. What are they?
>>33769436
not him but those are pachmeyer grips. Spellcheck that name tho
Who here pumped for p10c?
>>33769572
Sweet thanks.
>>33766967
Good job bro
>>33769596
Their first shipments are officially on the way to the states. I bet we'll start see them popping up here in another month.
>>33765842
Love my P-01. I want a CZ-85 Combat next.
I see a disturbing lack of shadow 2s in this thread.
CZ527 7.62x39
>>33772245
Also with leather Rhodesian sling
>>33766239
That's always been /classic/ CZ: nice, affordable guns that are always out of stock.
>>33769596
Me but I'm even more pumped for the eventual P-10.
>dem Steyr-lite aesthetics
>dem CZ ergos and quality
>now full-sized
>>33771221
I EDC my P-01 and it's probably the best EDC pistol in production.
>>33772251
Does the front sight hood get in the way if you decide to mount an optic?
>>33773208
The iron sights honestly line up so well I don't even want an optic. Surprised me too.
>>33773208
I mounted a Leupold VX-R Patrol 1.25-4X scope on mine.
At 1.25-2X magnification the front post is visible at the bottom of the field of view. At 3-4X magnification it's not visible at all.
You can also remove the front post, i think. It doesn't bother me enough to want to remove it.
>>33775180
I forgot to mention that CZ now sells a version without posts entirely that is designed to have a scope mounted on it straight out of the box. Forget what it's called.
Got a CZ for my birthday today. How'd I do, /k/?
>>33776630
You can't "do" if it was given to you for free birthday boy
Posting my CZ's. I'm thinking a Skorpion is next, considering Shadow 2 for next year if I stick with USPSA.
>>33776630
Sorry, not sure how that crop happened.
>>33776657
And the completed Scorpion. Are there any other cool CZ pistols in 32 acp worth considering besides the skorpion?
I got an sp01 with a decocker a while back.
Did I mess up? I use it for comp shooting and HD and I feel like a safety would have been better than the decocker
What do you guys prefer?
>>33776660
Have you gotten to shoot it yet? How is the trigger?
>>33776677
Safety allows for a better trigger if you ever want to get a trigger job done on it.
>>33776682
Trigger is amazing as far as I can tell from dry firing. I will be shooting it Saturday.
>>33776677
The safety has a satisfying click, and I like to carry cocked and locked anyway. I think the decocker is probably more practical. I feel okay about decocking by blocking the hammer with my thumb, but it isn't 100% safe. By default it's not a mess up since you bought the right gun.
>>33776677
Pretty much.
I've carried a cocked and locked rami for five years since I turned 21 and the only time I've ever forgotten to take the safety off was at the range one time because I took the gun out of the holster, set it down, then picked it up again.
I have literally not drawn the gun and looked down the sights before without flipping the safety off.
I don't have any fears about not disengaging the safety in the event of a fight, so having a decocker would just be a disadvantage.
Also the safety version can be carried hammer down and the safety is automatically disabled.

been waiting months on my Shadow 2
