I love me some Stoeger Coach funs.
>>
>>33752849
Yes, I love them, and I do not know why.
>>
>>33752849
yep. but i can't justify it.
you're kind of a jackass if you take that to a range (indoor or trap/skeet), and i don't trust 2 shells in a HD situation.

if i had land to fuck around with i'd do it all day though

>you're kind of a jackass if you take that to a range
i should clarify i was referring to short coach guns, obviously a long sbs wouldn't be as big a deal shooting clay

What? No you're not.

I want a side by side, but I also want an 1897, but I already have two Mossy 500s so I have no need for either.

The only side by side I have is a Browning BSS 12 gauge. My Uncle gave it to me for my 18th birthday and it's definitely one of my favorite guns. It's nice having different chokes on each barrel, a selective trigger and automatic ejectors. I mostly use mine for upland game hunting, the only downside is obviously it only holds two rounds and it feels much heavier than my Ithaca 37 Featherlight. Not my pic but mine looks just like this one.

I picked up a restored and refinished 1950s stevens sxs 12ga.

I plan to cut it into a coach gun cause fuck all the brazilian coach guns on the market.

I hope I dont regret bubba'ing the shotty. These old shot guns are getting more rare every day.

I fucking love O/Us
SxS feels weird to me, I don't know how to explain it.
>>
>>33756946
I'm on the other side - I love the SxS look, but I can only find O/U guns.
Even though everyone I know try to pry me away from SxS with claims of how O/U is better, I want one so I can be the happiest idiot in the woods.
>>
I want one so badly, but I always see them for absurd prices
>>
Looking at a stoger uplander or fox 311, stevens sxs.

Will be next on the mantel.

Bought a Chinese SxS coach gun (JW-2000) almost 4 years ago. She's a little rough around the edges, but she'll definitely get the job done. Super fun at the range.
>>
>>33757132
looks cheap
>>
>>33757132
theres a chinese colt clone 1878 i want but still leery of china.

Was $300 brand new, so I wasn't really expecting much. What I got was proof that function>form. Sure the insides are a bit rough, but she locks up solid and slings lead just fine. Not to mention it has a genuine hardwood stock that looks pretty great.
>>
360$ CAD for this.
Super hyped to buy one next paycheck.

Yes, I love them for rough shooting. Won't bring anyone out hunting with me unless they have a break open gun. Also love coach guns and howdah pistols
