Polish!

Flip if you must.

Taurus if there's no other choice.

Depends on what you are going to use it for.

Truck gun? The armscor revovler.
Range? The Taurus semi auto maybe?
CC? Whatever you can conceal?the p64 is easy to conceal

Or you could just save up some money and not buy trash.

What do you want it for?

I love my P64 as a range toy and may carry it as a summer carry until I find something better but it would not be my first choice for accuracy training or home defense.

Also wolf springs are ESSENTIAL

It is though. I love my mak but I was glad to be rid of that p64
>>

After I worked on it a bit to ease the DA pull I can say I trust it for defense. It is also incredible accurate in SA. I can put a 3 inch group up at 10 yards and I am not a great shot.
>>
>>33744880
Is the recoil on the P-64 really that bad?
>>
>>33751275
Not the other guy talking about them, but I've got one, bought it because my daughter likes to shoot but my P226 is a little big for her hands.
She doesn't like it at all. The recoil is 'snappy'. The sights are shit. The initial DA trigger pull is about 300 lbs. SA its fine, tho. She just wants my Sig.
>>
>>33751275
Literally hurts my hands even with the Wolff spring set. Zero fun for me to shoot.

When I shoot with my daughter we'll run through a couple of hundred rounds each of 9x19 and 9x18.

If you were only shooting 2 mags of 9x18 a month, you wouldn't care about the recoil.

If you wanted to be good enough to hit things at 10-15 meters, you'd have to practice a lot, and you'd hate it.
