From my experiences working at a restaurant, the owner has to call the local PD and temporarily close the place, police arrives, ask questions, maybe they will help remove the 300lb corpse, or they will call another department for it, then after that's done we need to figure out how to clean the carpet soaked of blood and whatever real quick and some more.
