I want to build my first ar, i want to have a cookie cutter muzzle break and have it flush or close to flush with the handguard, how do i go about doing this? Do i just buy an 18in. Handguard and a 18.5 inch barrel and hope it works out ?also can someone please link to 18in. Handguards i cant find any

Are there any handguards that flare out at the end or have the same radius? Whatever you do don't get those handguards, they look like crap. I have no idea but you should be able to figure it out by purchasing the barrel and muzzle device first, and then taking careful measurements. Good luck!
