Hey /k/ I found this stock in a thrift store for 5 bucks. And I cant tell what gun it comes from, anybody know? Seems like some Fudd just threw this in thinking it was trashed or something.
It is trashed.
SKS stock.
It's not trashed; just a little finish loss.

Because I can renew it (or try to at least) I have a wood shop so maybe
Somebody donated it to the thrift store after he bubba'd his SKS with some hideous Tapco plastic stock. Buy it, try refinishing it, and then eBay it. Someone somewhere who's trying up un-bubba a perfectly nice SKS will be looking for one.

You could look on Armslist or Gunbroker for some bubba'd SKS for sale cheap and then restore it as a project using the stock you got as its basis.

But at that point why not just buy a yugo or a norinco with the regular stock?

Try and find junk to use and cobble into a homemade gun when added to the stock.
