I'm considering between a shield and a PPS M2.

The shield will definitely be cheaper, but I can buy the PPS at a pretty decent discount as well, so it'll only be just a bit more. I just like the striker indicator on the PPS and how you can thumb it to prevent trigger travel like da guns.

The trigger is crunchy, the slide is very choppy, and the "slide release" isn't even a slide release at all; it's just supposed to be a slide lock (unless you have fucking superman thumbs). It's a mediocre weapon. That's why S&W is dumping stock right now: for a 2.0 model.

I still bought one & I still recommend buying one because you can get them online for ~$240 after rebate. Just don't have high hopes for it.
