Just bought a M&P Shield 9mm. How illegal is it to concealed carry it in Georgia at 19 years old without a CCL? hahaha

>Hahaha
Neck yourself.
Ive heard its legal to have a handgun in the car and in your house in georgia at 19 without a ccl though. Is that right?

Do It op
Tell the pigs it was just a prank

How does one acquire a handgun legally under 21?
Op could be doubly fucked if he did carry without a permit and underage

Its legal to buy through a private sale under 21 in Georgia. And naw i havent gone out with it because I dont know the laws that pertain to that
>>33709626
just do it OP.
dress decent
don't act sketchy
get a nice holster that conceals well
no one will ever know
Would you prefer a shield with or without a thumb safety, /k/? I'm thinking of getting one as my first handgun (and future carry gun, when I get my license unrestricted).

Hahahaha gotchya
>>33709741
Private party.
No FFL would have sold or transferred OP a handgun.

>Just bought a M&P Shield 9mm
Lmao that thing is a piece of shit. Shoulda got a glock
>>33709761
I prefer the thumb safety. I generally like da/sa guns where you can thumb down the hammer when holstering, but the shield conceals on my frame really well. Shield is a really good gun if you can swap out the trigger.

Irrelevant. Your car isn't a holster.

So he can open carry it at 19 if its in a holster?
>>33710165
In GA it isn't.

>can thumb down the hammer when holstering
...enjoy putting a round in your leg.
