oh, yeah. yeah you could join a gun club if it gives you access to a good range and everything you need which is a good deal if you want to go shooting regularly, say multiple times a month or even once a month. they might let you store your firearms there, I think it's just individual policy because from the top of my head I can't think of any law that you or they would be violating.

When I was in college the on campus police stored firearms for students.

Though picking them up I sometimes had to wait 30 minutes for an officer to show up to get them out.
