I wear a lot of gaming related clothing, regular jeans, and boating shoes. Im usually wearing a zip up hoodie and carry my fn on the back right. No problems and I can blend in with the liberals.

I'm late middle-aged, look like an old hippie, wear whatever's a halfway decent fit and not too awful material from second hand stores mostly. My wife doesn't suspect I carry, so yeah, no one else does either. Couple of times I've visited airports and forgotten until I was already there or even on the way out, but hey, no one thinks anything of the old weirdo hippie in boring clothes. Of course all I carry is a vintage French .22lr pistol with a 5.5" home made K baffle can on it, appendix and no holster because it can't fire unless the hammer's pulled back anyway. So my carry weapon is weird and mostly harmless too.

The best cc is the one you have with you. I know plenty of people with expensive cool guns they don't ever carry and I have my $300 single stacks that I always have with me. So carry whatever you like/ shoot well/ is comfortable.
