I like it too. Went with a beat-up Remington factory top-folder and +2 extension to complete my 1980s cop edition 870

I was in my LGS the other day filling in the 4473 for my MAS-36 and I noticed they had an old beater single-shot shotgun sitting in a rack with a price tag of $50 bucks on it. I've been thinking of getting it just to have something to play around with out innawoods. What do you think, /k/?

I owned one. Heavy as fuck, but built like a tank.

Its a kick ass gun for the money. Bought it a few months after i turned 18 and threw some cheap tacticool parts on it. Sometimes the slide gets stuck forward after a shots but if you just pull the fuck out of it its fine. I even threw a big dumb break on it for a bit.

I wanted to build mine to be like the shotgun from Killing Floor with the M3 style fore-end and the battered pistol grip stock.

If I recall, the Remington tube extensions work on these, right?

From what I heard, you should be able to use a standard 870 +2 extension like a wilsons or vang comp, it may stick out a little in front of the muzzle but nothing will happen except for maybe some buildup on the part that sticks out.
