I liked it because Godzilla was evil(Japanese: Shin) which makes for some good shit. It may have hurt the opinions of everyone else, but I am a sucker for politics and some of the ministries shown working together and in cabinet meetings (paired with the subs for my version which were poorly translated) made for an excellent film imo.
