mount a mortar on the back of exoskeleton.

then the user can kneel. lock the suit into a stable firing position. then slip out to help operate the weapon.

apply this to any heavy weapon like M2, dragon, javelin, mk19, etc

That effect is negligible if we're talking about firing in atmosphere. You would get intense heat and electromotive force first, which would be most of what the shooter would feel.

so basically a blow forward piston that uses a lever(or two for durability if needed) that's connected at one end to the piston, and one end to the bolt carrier, and pivots on a central axis. When the piston cycles forward, the lever pushes the bolt carrier backwards and vice versa.

Mass can be zero, as long as the object is moving. E=mc2 only works for objects are at rest, and the PC part of the equation is zero. Therefore - photos have no mass but they have momentum

Soin rifle.
Think of it like a big ring with several magazines along the rim and a barrel on one end.
A bullet is introduced into the disk and several blanks are fired from each magazine which accelerates the bullet. like a particle accelerator. it spins really fast. The interior of the disk is a vacumm so the bullet accelerates quickly without any air-resistance, until the shooter pulls another trigger which opens a new channel that leads out of the gun.
