It's a Chinese POS folder that's worth about a nickle. Are you sure those are serrations, or just dents in the blade from opening mail?

Probably an Mtech or Chinese no-name POS worth $5. Get a Kershaw if you want a decent pocketknife that wont break the bank.

This op, its a piece of shit. Does it wobble? And is the blade stamped? You can tell by ooking at what little blade there is and seeing if it only has a edge on one side, but on the other being completely flat. The best thing you could do is just grid it down and then reshape it.
