I use the Leatherman blade for things like opening boxes and random stuff throughout the day. I use it to keep my main blade sharp when I need it.

Kershaw is budget tier. Totally serviceable but more expensive knives will have better steels, possibly lighter weight or more durability. Kershaw uses 8cr13mov steel a lot, which is decent, as do the Byrd line of Spydercos. The Endura 4 uses VG-10 steel which is a good bit better than a 8cr13mov. I think the Endura is good fit for you, right size and price.

Paramedic reporting. I keep a CAT next to my drivers seat. If you have a bag you carry with you, that is the place to put it. Unless you walk around in tac-pants 24/7, there isn't enough room. Med gear can be off body.
My rec is build a full kit, have training to back it up, and off body carry it. It depends on your lifestyle though. Remember the main reason military/leo's put so much emphasis on CAT's is they have body armor covering their heart and most of the lungs.

I carried a kershaw for a while, had a spiderco and then carried benchmade through several deployments and then a decade as a civilian.

in the last two years I've started carrying a Ganzo, it's a really cheap brand, basically a knockoff, but you can get them with axis locks (which is all I'll carry anymore, too used to them, nipped my thumb too many times closing a liner lock one handed)

I mean, knife nerds will probably bitch about it, but the ganzo I carry has all of the features of the benchmades I love but feels more solid than a griptilian at a quarter the cost. I use it for work constantly and it's nice being able to abuse it a little without worrying about shelling out the 80-150 I spent for 'nicer' knives.

I've carried a folder appendix both inside and outside before and it was pretty nice. My worry with OWB was losing the damn knife if it gets bumped the wrong way or something. Super fast to deploy, comfy AF, but sketch AF for losing it.

This is the style of magazine that comes with a Makarov Special Edition. Pretty hard to find them without the fun since they're serial numbered and most owners will want to keep the set together, but you can try the usual places.

i carry a notebook so I'm not glued to my phone all day. It's easier for me to just jot down an important meeting, random thoughts, appointments, business numbers, bills needing to be paid, grocery lists, ect.

Most people I do business with on a daily basis don't have their phone on them, so just writing my number, email or details of plans down and handing them a small piece of paper is the most logical choice.
