Hino Komuro pistol
Blow forward, tug the barrel forward to cock it, can be cocked one handed by flicking your wrist just right.
Aesthetic as fuck imo too, top tier Japshit. Would unironically give the blue prints to a gunsmith and pay him to custom build me one.

Bergmann-Bayard 1910
The one, the only. Between 1971 and 1979 the most powerful production autoloader in the world.

funny, I thought this yesterday. I can't realistically understand how blow forward could ever work but apparently it did.

Beretta AR-70. You see it everywhere on "Banned by name" lists for gun control states but I've never actually seen someone who has one aside from that Alex guy from TFB TV that no one likes

Grendel clip loaded pistol. Kel tec bought it and made it mah loaded. It always was and still is a pos. But interesting all the same.
>>33655721
This is truly awesome.
>>33654112
Well, as the bullet travels down the barrel it creates friction which drags the barrel forwards. Ian did a video about it, I think it was a video about the "Schwarzlose".

The Gabbett-Fairfax "Mars" automatic pistol. It looks like a miniature field piece with that crazy long-recoil action and rotating bolt locking mechanism. Chambered in some truly powerful (even by modern standards) cartridges it looks like the sidearm for an airship pirate.

Get to Italy. Every grunt had one. They are AR platforms and...well....they aren't that fun to shoot, at least the S\A versions.
But I guess, better than the Garand derivatives the Italians were using until the 80ies.
(The rifle in the pic is the BM 59, a rechambered Garand and the Italian service rifle for all the Cold War. We're lucky the Soviets never invaded, they could have sent in Italy the Hungarians and they would have reached Rome in two weeks maximum).
>>33655854
Except the loading part.
>>33656174
Shit was badass.
>>33656385
That thing had so many rounds, the loading part was almost tolerable. The real problem is how wimpy the rounds were.
>>33656197
Cool, I'm retarded not autistic.
>>33656413
Nono, the time to load was fine I was talking about that fidgety loose safety being the only thing keeping the gun from going off whole loading as you had to pull the trigger to load it.
>>33656174
That is absolutely positively fucking cool.
I think the breaking point for availability of these obscure designs is reached when the 3D metals printing process becomes both reliable and affordable.
I will then finally get my Bergmann 1896 repro.

i'd like one of these, but ~$1k for a 7 shot wop .22 is a bit too full retard for me.

>>33657376
how about a target pistol that was banned by the olympic committee and designed by a blind slav
>>33657411
the mp95e is actually the "economy" version. the mp90 is closer to $2k.
but like i said, paying that kind of money for a .22 pistol, especially since i would only use it for plinking, just doesn't make sense.
>>33654112
Blow forward is a rather odd design that basically works with the space between the bullet and the cartridge driving a gas piston, and the barrel is the gas piston.
Naturally straight blowforward (no delays or other gas ports) is only really viable for small calibers like this.
>>33657455
What is this any why
>>33654112
I heard when you buy one of these you spontaneously grow a Charles Bronson stache.
>>33657532
sticking the barrel that low minimizes climb, which is important in target shooting
the russians competed with it one year and everyone else complained that it was unfair, so the olympic committee made rules for bore axis

As of December 1992, a cache of 17 Hino–Komuro Pistols chambered in .32 ACP were found in a warehouse that are believed to have been stored for 45 years and seven were retained by Japanese authorities for evaluation when the rest were scheduled for destruction as they were not legally registered. A small number of these weapons are considered highly collectible firearms in the United States.
