body armour would probably at most be soft kevlar. helmets are probably the plastic ones the chinese where using for a while before they got more widespread kevlar. being parade they wouldnt have any ammo in there anyway but they probably would issue another few 30rnd mags.

I just re-watch the Deadliest Warrior Army Rangers vs. Nork SOF episode.
