Hello, if anyone has the time I am looking for surplus of a particular flavor. That is, milsurp made from 100% grown out of the earth cotton.
So far I have been able to find german 3 color desert camouflage from certain manufacturers to be 85% Cotton 15% Poly, (others use more poly, pic related)

Does anyone know of a nation that uses 100% cotton or at least a higher percentage than 85%?

Here's my first attempt at M90 camo, it went okay but I'm not super happy with it. Looks good but not a lot like M90.

This was my attempt at Wehrmacht splinter camo, which was done entirely by hand with markers, unlike the M90 which was done with painters tape and egg die first. I added the blue tone at the end and really thought it looked neat, almost like karst.

The lizard doesn't have a label still in it, only this Israeli stamp. Sizing is on the larger size by eye, but it's a baggy piece of clothing- I don't have a tape measure on me atm, but can provide measurements tomorrow

The rhodie is also missing a size labe, only has a tag of Statesman, the manufacturer, but looks to be more of a medium size across the shoulders/chest. Again, I can provide measurements tomorrow

M84 is size 5 according to label, fits like a slightly baggy medium I'd say

M90 both jacket and trousers are size 170/75, made in 1991 and 1992 respectively I think

Any of you think taking it to a dry cleaners will take the fucking paint out? or any better solutions? the paint is a light teal/cyan and I don't want to take any more dye off, thank fuck it wasn't any big spots

Personally, I think the guy had pretty serious PTSD, and I don't mean to belittle it or armchair psychoanalyze.

The last section has pictures of his wife and kids in Tigerstripe and they look like this is just another day that their dad's delusions overtook their lives and forced them into uncomfortable public situations.

The last page is a quilt he made of over a thousand pieces of 3x3 legit tigerstripe fabrics, with matching pillow cases and all.

I love the book and find it, and him fascinating, but I can't help but feel sad when going through it.
