Not same guy, but I can draw, rack and shoot 2 to the chest and one to the head in less than 2.5 seconds. Have had to draw G19 in same condition before while delivering pizzas and was very effective, killing 2 assailants who were trying to shoot/rob me. Neither one of them even got a shot off with either of their guns before they went down.

LESSONS LEARNED:
